A Virtual Therapy Group for Adults in Texas Struggling with Relationship Anxiety and ROCD
If you’re in a loving relationship but feel consumed by doubt, intrusive thoughts, or fear that you’re “settling,” you’re not alone. Relationship anxiety and ROCD can leave you feeling stuck, ashamed, and overwhelmed—even when everything seems fine on the outside. This 8-week therapy group is designed to help you break free from the constant questioning and find clarity, confidence, and calm.
This group is for you if you:
Struggle with chronic doubt in your relationship
Feel trapped in obsessive “what if” thinking
Constantly compare your partner to others
Worry you might be with the “wrong” person
Feel alone in your experience and wonder if something’s wrong with you
In this group, you’ll learn how to:
Tell the difference between anxiety and intuition
Calm obsessive thought spirals and gain mental clarity
Understand where your relationship anxiety comes from (and why it’s not your fault)
Explore the deeper fears and core beliefs driving your doubt
Stop overanalyzing and start trusting yourself again
Build a more peaceful, secure connection—with your partner and with yourself
Feel less alone in your experience by connecting with others who get it
Group Details:
Every Wednesday at 5:30-6:30pm starting September 10th.
